Employee Engagement
We treat our employees as we treat our customers, with an emphasis on longevity and stability. Our focus on people is reflected in our high employee retention rate, with an employee attrition rate that is consistently lower than the industry average.
We continuously look for ways to engage directly with our workforce. Our bi-annual company wide employee survey helps gauge employee sentiments across all departments and locations. This initiative allows us to gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve workplace experience.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
We believe that a strong diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) program drives engagement, productivity, and collaboration – indicators of a high-performing culture. Our DEI committee leads LightEdge’s DEI program and is comprised of a cross-functional team of employees at various levels.
The committee focuses on driving advancements in training and education, events and engagement, and marketing and communications. Their leadership has led to the implementation of new DEI-related training courses, more inclusive employee benefits, and more inclusive language in our business documents and job descriptions.
DEI is also integrated across our talent acquisition process, as we encourage people of all backgrounds and experiences to join our team. Recent initiatives, such as ensuring inclusive language in our recruiting efforts, have led to an increase in diverse applicants.
